Literary Works

In addition to pursuing his interests in art and painting, A. Perumal dedicated his time for literary works. He translated a Bengali book on art authored by Nandalal Bose into his native Tamil language in the year 1956. He has also translated masterpiece works such as, “The Book of Tea”, written by the Japanese scholar Okakura and “Flight of the Dragon” written by Lawrence Binyon. Apart from translation works, he has published two collections of his thoughts on life written originally in Tamil.
